Intermediate Environmental Engineer Position

Position Reference: EAS-160-07-W

 

Altech Environmental Consulting Ltd, a well-established environmental consulting and engineering company, is seeking candidates for the above position for our Toronto office. The position requires strong technical, project management and communication skills as well as expertise related to energy efficiency audits, environmental engineering and environmental auditing and compliance. This position is ideally suited to an entrepreneurial professional with recognized experience who is a self-starter and enjoys a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, or is eligible to obtain license.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting including: energy efficiency auditing, environmental engineering, environmental auditing, project management, client liaison, and proposal and reporting writing.

  • Excellent business development skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Excellent client relation skills.

  • Able to reliably manage multiple projects, deadlines and objectives, including budgets.

  • Working knowledge of Federal and Provincial environmental and energy regulations, guidelines and standards.

Junior Environmental Engineer Position

Position Reference: EAS-162-07-W

Altech Environmental Consulting Ltd. is seeking candidates for the above position for our Toronto office. The position requires strong technical, project management and communication skills as well as expertise related to environmental compliance and engineering and energy efficiency auditing and engineering. This position is ideally suited to a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in environmental consulting including: energy efficiency auditing, environmental engineering and compliance, permitting, reporting, project management, client liaison, and report writing.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, or is eligible to obtain licensure.

  • Experience in conducting energy efficiency audits is a definite asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.

  • Excellent client relation skills.

  • Able to reliably manage multiple projects, deadlines and objectives

  • Working knowledge of Federal and Provincial environmental regulations, guidelines and standards.
