Roslyn Miller, B.Sc., EP
Roslyn is the Director of Consulting Engineering & Compliance at Altech Environmental Consulting, where she is responsible for the permitting & compliance and property due diligence groups. Roslyn started her 18 year career managing one of a handful of odour laboratories in Canada, working to establish laboratory standard operating procedures, templates, and maintenance programs. She is a key contact for environmental emissions approvals and reporting for many Ontario manufacturers. Roslyn spends her time outside of work playing sports and reading, and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family. She has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Trent University, as well as a diploma in Environmental Technology from Canadore College.
Chad Stewart, P.Eng., QP-ESA
Chad is Senior Project Engineer and Practice Leader of Altech’s Property Due Diligence, Investigation & Remediation practice. He has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from Queens University, and has a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license from PEO. He has extensive technical and business experience in environmental consulting over a variety of areas of expertise, has fulfilled numerous roles in a variety of types of projects, and experienced working in many different jurisdictions within Canada and internationally (USA, Mexico, Cuba, Saudi Arabia). Chad is passionate about applying science and engineering principles to assessing and remediating our adverse impacts to the environment, and helping our clients achieve environmental compliance.
Naveed Rehman, P.Geo., QP-ESA
Naveed is a Senior Project Geoscientist in Altech’s Property Due Diligence, Investigation & Remediation area with close to ten years of professional experience in environmental site assessment, remediation and geological exploration projects. His experience includes the areas of Phase One and Two Environmental Site Assessments, indoor air quality sampling, testing and monitoring, site clean-up and remediation, and designated substances surveying including asbestos abatement. Naveed earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Toronto and is a licensed Professional Geoscientist in Ontario & Qualified Person (QP – Site Assessor) under the Ontario Ministry of Environment’s requirements of O.Reg. 153.
Raghda Sai, BASc Environ. Eng.
Raghda works at Altech Envrionmental Consulting, after completing an internship there in Environmental Engineering & Science. Raghda has previous experience as both an Environmental Scientist and a Environment & Health and Safety Coordinator. Her experience in consulting, compliance reporting, writing, and analysis makes her a valued member of the Altech team. Throughout university, Raghda was a strong student who was the recipient of several awards, including 1st place for the On-site Wastewater Technologies Research Award and 2nd place for the MTE Capstone Symposium Design Competition. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering.
Ethan Jiao, M.Eng., EIT
Tianyang Ethan Jiao is a Junior Project Consultant within Altech’s Permitting & Compliance practice. He has experience in environmental compliance, air dispersion modelling, and noise modelling in Ontario. Tianyang interned at the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks during university. Tianyang cares about the environment and technology, and he drives an EV for his commute. He has a chemical engineering degree and a Master of Engineering in industrial engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
Natasha Lewis, B.Sc., PMP.
Natasha Lewis is a Senior Project Manager at Altech Environmental Consulting, and she is a certified Project Management Professional with over 12 years’ of industry experience. Natasha’s environmental consulting portfolio includes a wide range of industrial manufacturing sectors and commercial properties, encompassing a large variety of client facilities throughout Canada. Natasha is recognized for the ability to work collaboratively, establishing ongoing client relationships, and proactively tackling challenging problems.
Megan Ostronic, MASc, PEng
Megan is a Senior Project Engineer in the permitting and compliance group at Altech. She has over seven years of environmental consulting experience and has managed air permitting and compliance matters for several industrial and manufacturing sites. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from Carleton University. She also has a Professional Engineer Licence with Professional Engineers Ontario.
Ailee Ho, ChE, M.F.
Ailee Ho is a Senior Project Engineer in the Permitting & Compliance practice at Altech Environmental Consulting. She is very experienced with liaising with government, industrial personnel and professionals to resolve complex environmental issues. She has over 10 years of professional experience in industry, government, and consulting. Ailee also holds a Collaborative Chemical and Environmental Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Forestry (Pulp and Paper) from the University of Toronto.
